According to legend, there is a rock that is known to grant good luck to those who are in possession of it. The mare of stone will travel to the ends of the Earth just to get it for her daughter, no matter who or what may try to stop her.

But she can't deny that raising such an outcast is hard, and she will have to struggle with her thoughts and her emotions as she wonders if retrieving this rock is really worth it -- if not for her daughter, then for her entire family.

Sure, they know how to handle unicorns from Far-Far-nia. But how about a unicorn from a rather...different world? One that proves to be more trouble than any other unicorn agents have faced before? One that flies into a rage if you so much as spill one speck of dirt on her hoof? One that manages to drive her interrogator to the breaking point?

Cozy Glow had thought her fate was sealed. She had thought her life would be spent trapped in stone for the rest of her days, not living nor dead.

That is, until she was freed thanks to a stroke of luck, sent to another world that she is not familiar with.

In this new world, however, she may find that there are some that have more in common with her than she thinks. Others...just like her.

Applejack is known around Ponyville for being one of the most hard-working ponies in Equestria. Unfortunately, that sometimes means getting only a sparse couple hours of sleep at best or pulling all-nighters at worst. Her motto is, "Don't sleep until you succeed."

Rarity is a hard worker too. She works night and day on orders for clients and new designs, trying her best to make sure each and every detail is perfect. However, she knows that proper rest is essential to doing well in all aspects of life.

So when a pony who works until her body can't take it and a pony who works until she feels tired meet up with each other, it'll be a lesson for one...and it'll be a lesson she will never forget.

Inspiration taken from this Wild Kratts fanfic I read many years ago. Not intended to be Rarijack shipping, just friendship fluff.

Odd Squad is a government organization run exclusively by kids that seeks to put an end to everything odd. One day, a portal connecting Equestria and the large population of Toronto appears out of nowhere, and it won't disappear. When six ponies make their way to Toronto at Princess Celestia's request, they must find out what this "Odd Squad" is, unaware that there is one odd-stricken villain trying to hunt them down.

Based on the idea that "Odd Squad and MLP really do go well together, don't they?"

Partly inspired by these two joke tweets from Odd Squad's co-creator about Odd Squad crossing over with MLP. Missed opportunity.

Takes place during Season 1 of Odd Squad and during Season 5 of MLP: FiM. Villains debuting in Season 2 of Odd Squad are added for the sake of the story.
