As you might or might not be aware, I am a part of Pony ASMR Project, a group of very special individuals whose combined passion and social ineptitude made them spend between 2 years and 10 months a lot of time working on creating just that - Pony ASMR. Without going into much detail, I'm about to close off a five-year long chapter of my life that costed me a lot of money, time and health. For the past couple months I couldn't really focus much on writing in good conscience, because of the feel that I should be working towards that goal.
While I'm still coming to terms with being free from that Damocles's sword, I have about five short stories started over the last year or so. I'd like to see if I'm still able to finish those, especially because some of them are almost done. As far as Morbid Curiosity goes though, I've learned my lesson already. I'm not going to start working on it unless I can draw up a scaffolding of an entire story, to avoid writing myself in a corner again. It may mean it will come sometime later, it may mean it will never come. I don't know yet.
You just working on something else or have you given up for the time being?
