After the recent events in Fluttershy's life, she has started to act strange around ponies- especially to her new boyfriend (should I say, dragonfriend), Spike. As Spike starts to find out some secrets, he soon realizes the reason behind Fluttershy's wierd behavior...

Fangs. Apple cravings. Bats in her cottage.

The legendary mask belonging to the great warrior Wyvern has been used in the past to save the land now known as Equestria from eternal darkness. The mask held special powers that not even Starswirl the Bearded could hold. Now, the mask that was once legendary, now lays on the face of a pegasus stallion named Starsky.

But when a dark force has now risen from the depths of Tartarus to retrieve the mask to use the power for itself, it leaves the land of Equestria- and possibly the universe- in mortal danger.

However, Starsky won't let this happen.

After meeting a crazy pony with a thirst for adventure, my life will never be the same. EVER.

This story is sort of like a practice story for the upcoming adventure story.

EDIT: I fixed the title. Apparently I spelled "Fiery" as "Firey."

Spike asks Rarity to go with him to the Canterlot Dance, but she turns him down, because she already has a date. However, Fluttershy comes and sees this, so she tries to cheer him up by going to the dance with him...
In the first place, they were going as friends, but they soon discover more than that...
