This would be beautifully poetic, that if they lose the power of the elements of harmony for what they did to him And just like the princesses, once you lose that power, you could never get it back who knows maybe the human becomes a new bear but once he gets all his memories back once he realize all the lies, he’s just run away. And begin a new grand adventure, maybe the whole world finds out what they did, and it ruins, their public image maybe the ponies as an entire race become less trustworthy because what their heroes willing to do maybe it just ruins there reputation others can’t be their friends are being relationship with them because they want to lie to their friend for so long and manipulate him and his memories no different than king Sombra ,queen chrysalis, or even discord.

Here's how I envision this would end if it was continued.
After like 5 years or so of this going on, and the Mane 6 still going along with this, Harmony will have had enough, cause this goes against what the Elements are supposed to stand for. How is it Kindness to brainwash your friend to satisfy your urges? How is it Honest to deceive your friend for a whole year, telling them the truth on only one day of the year, only to erase their memories of the truth? You get the picture.
Taking an idea from 11719089, Harmony alters Eddie's biology to where he can impregnate ponies, and maybe other species, and after another year of brainwashed sex, the girls find out they're pregnant and it causes a scandal. Word reaches Celestia, and I bet she was aware of this arrangement, but she was under the impression that Eddie consented, as was the law, saying that a guy must consent with a written agreement to be brainwashed into loving a girl to quell her heat, so when Eddie confesses that he never fucked the girls, Celestia pieces it all together, which then she. Is. PISSED! Not only did they betray their friend for so many years, but they set a bad example for ponies and may tarnish Equestria's image should the other races find out about this, thinking that other ponies would do the same to their race since they cannot interbreed, so Celestia has to do serious damage control.
When Celestia and Luna fix Eddie's memories and he learns the truth, he becomes devastated, that the ponies he thought that were his friends would use him like that. After some time to process this, he is given a choice to be a part of the foals' lives, cause in the law, if a stallion was brainwashed into impregnating a mare without his consent or knowledge, he can choose to not be responsible, where he doesn't have to pay child support. After some time, and some counsel from Celestia and Luna, he decides he wants nothing to do with the kids, the Mane 6, or Ponyville, he wants to be far away from them, and the Princesses completely support his decision and help him start anew in a new city/town, and the girls are warned by Celestia to never seek him out or try to contact him again.
As for the girls, Celestia tears into them on how this is goes against the tenements of Harmony and Friendship and is just like when Princess Platinum tried to do the same thing in the early years of Equestria, only the consequences were bloodier. One of the girls say they will put the baby up for adoption, when an unseen force (Harmony) causes pain to all of them, making them realize that they must take responsibility for their cruelty by raising their foals without their father. And that's as far as I got.
