I know, my stories never do. I'm trying my best to be a solo writer on this site for me to be the one to write the stories and to be the one to edit them on my own.

Your best solution is to use Grammarly it's free. One last thing... Don't ever use videos (please hear me out... No one wants to listen to a cannon video on an alternate universe.) The alternate universe that you need is to inspire people not bore them on a video... you need more character reaction. And you need details and dates... is it windy in your fiction north or south is it raining... where is the sun that is set?
You need that you need that ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Make it beautiful make it memorable.
a writer must have several things...
1. They need Grammarly... (so you don't need people to edit your story. Also to do solo writing one needs a better understanding of details.)
2. Make better details/ and dates/ weather.... that's how you make things interesting.
3. Use youtube for guides on how to write the best story.
4. Never use videos on a story... it may be good for the internet... but a lot of 90% only care about what you write and not videos or pictures...
5. To be an editor one must use Grammarly and elaborate. If it's yellow underlined on Grammarly it means it's bad... and you have to rephrase it by yourself. This also includes red underlines... unless it's the name then simply ignore it.
6. Characters need emotions and are alive.... otherwise if they don't have this... it means they are nothing but cardboard... Give them a personality, especially the OC.... (You got to make the characters popout.)
Sorry for criticizing but this is what you need to be a solo writer.
