This is really cute so far! I can imagine the scene where Rarity is running all around the room in a panic actually being animated, it feels really true to the show's style. If I have any criticisms so far it's that you kinda overuse the joke format where it's like "There's only one thing for the character to do/The character does what she usually does in this situation: (punchline)." Like the skidaddle away part or the deflection part; it gets a tiny bit predictable by the end. Otherwise this is a really good story so far, and I look forward to reading the next chapter!
