alright, you have my attention. I do enjoy playing Town of Salem but I never knew it was something that could be crossed over with My Little Pony, I'll see where this goes.
A few criticisms (Don't take this personally, I'm just stating my opinion):
you might want to add the 'alternate universe' tag since this takes place outside the canon universe.
I really hope this is just a game all along because not trusting someone like Celestia is a little out of character.

There's too many names at the beginning, it's too confusing, I'm having a hard time remembering who's in this, in other words, instead of saying what kind of ponies there are, just say who is there.
Overrall, not bad.
Also since I'm here, how about this for some point in the future:
Have the framer visit the jester
Have the jailor jail the vigilante
Have the bodyguard guard the escort
Have the serial killer attack the Godfather

Yeah this is nothing more than just a game. It has nothing to do with how everyone is in the original MLP universe. It's an MLP version of Town of Salem. It's all meant to be hilarity. So I hope none of the characters are ruined for you.
As for the characters themselves, you have the Mane 6 which consist of Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, and Fluttershy. Spike and Big Mac make eight with Celestia, Luna, and Cadence making eleven. Shining Armor makes twelve with Zecora, Sunset Shimmer, and Discord making the fifteen survivors of the story.

Though a few things haven't been made clear
If you are going to have the audience controll the characters you should at least say who's left rather than who's dead, perhaps include the 'role list' in the author's comments or something? Or is this like the all any?
The werewolf I can understand, but how did the arsonist die? Isn't he immune?
And a final question, will you be including the new roles that are arriving in the future? The Vampire, the Vampire Hunter, and the Forger?
