I agree with pinkstar and Spectrum Shine. Characters need a little work but so far this has potential.
Well fluttershy don´t need to be scared, but a bit suprised and affraid at first would be a good start for her.
I keep the story in my list, i agree with the others it has potential.
I think at the start I expected a bit more of a protest against the 6 month vacation in ponyville, followed by more of an explanation why with luna finally submitting, even though she was worried and skeptical about the idea but on the end, knowing that celestia was sort of correct too; even if she didn't want to fully admit it at first but is willing to give it a go.
Also regarding flutters, I agree with what people have said about hey 'shy' side.. Even if she's not scared anymore, she would still be alot more nervous around royalty, and since luna is still slowly getting more adapted to the way of life compared to 1000 years ago, she wouldn't be perfect still with interactions with people, so maybe a little fumble on first talk to her?
This all kinda does effect when this was set too, how far through the seasons and episodes is this ruffly set?

Sorry for the late reply ^^; I just got really busy and forgot about it, I wanted to reply a few weeks before but there was a problem with replying on this website as it wouldn't send.
