Metal Mirror
The normally clear skies of Equestria were now in a odd equinox. Half-sun and half-moon, hanging in a celestial balance. even from far away ponies could hear the distinctive crash of something striking metal, and for ones closer to the capital: Canterlot, every so often they heard a scream or wail of agony.
The past few days had been strewn with losses; first the princesses had been defeated by a malevolent and twisted being. Then the same force had hunted and taken down the elements of harmony one by one.
Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and even the most powerful element bearer: Princess Twilight Sparkle, were now gone, destroyed by the seemingly unstoppable killing force.
The fastest flyer remained, the loyalty to her deceased friends not having left her. She was determined, in her normal cocky and overly-confident way, to fight the being responsible for her friend's deaths, and she was determined to end it's life.
Rainbow Dash now fought a battle that almost everypony thought she would lose.
And she was beginning to agree with those ponies.

Dash flew head on towards her foe, knowing full well that the impact would hurt. The battle had been going on for only 20 minutes by now, she was becoming exhausted quickly, VERY quickly.
With a loud clang, her opponent was sent hurtling to the ground, sparks flying as it skidded backwards. The battle was far from won, as Dash's opponent got right back up, and made a taunting gesture with its flexible wings.
Dash was not in the mood to be taunted.
"Alright you, I'm not giving up until one of us is dead, you got that?" Dash yelled, as she gave her opponent a glare.
Her opponent just shot right back at her, full speed. Its takeoff kicking up a large dust cloud which hid it's approach route.
Dash scanned the edges of the cloud, looking of any disturbances on its flowing surface. And then she was falling, propelled really, straight at the hard ground.
The impact threw stones and other debris into the air, as Dash was carried forwards by her and her attacker's momentum. Once she had stopped moving, and the dust settled, she tried to get up, only to be smashed back down by a incredibly hard hoof. When she tried to land a blow of her own, it hurt her more than her opponent, her bucks and punches bouncing harmlessly off her opponent's hide.
"You're tough, but you won't win" the ever cocky pegasus groaned. Her opponent flapped its wings and took to the air again, and watched as Dash struggled to get up after the brutal assault.
"You're taunting me aren't you, just like you did to each of my friends as you watched them give in. You sick demented monster," the cyan pegasus spat, "You're nothing, just a husk, just a sick, cynical, demented, killing machine. That's what you are! " The pegasus screamed, and launched at her opponent again.
The fastest flyer in Equestria tackled her opponent to the ground. The quick pegasus lashed out with powerful blows that actually left some visible damage on her opponent. She smashed its wing, beat its face, and went all out on its torso. but her blows left only visual scratches and dents.
Dash's opponent eventually managed to catch and re-direct a sloppy punch. It used the opening to tuck in its to hind legs and then lash out with a buck that would make Applejack jealous.
The powerful buck had propelled Dash into the air, and her opponent wasted no time in making sure that the pegasus suffered. Dash was struck by powerful blows to her head and torso. Her opponent followed up with blow to the mare's right hind leg, and then a lightning fast uppercut.
Dash was hurled up by the uppercut, and then sideways by an equally powerful buck, then down by a two hoofed slam to the top of her head. To finish it off her opponent landed a buck on Dash's back directly between her wings ,which was accompanied by a loud crack, and sent the once proud pegasus to the hard ground once again.
Dash felt like she had been run over by a freight train, tossed through a mountain, slammed by a meteor, and gone into the sun's core.
She couldn't feel her wings, her hind leg had been twisted 180 degrees, and she felt like her spine was on fire.
Again her opponent just hovered there, watching her silently. It watched as she bit back a scream of pain when she tried to flap her wings. It watched as she wailed when she put her weight on her completely disfigured back hooves as she tried to leap at it. IT watched as the pegasus collapsed from the sheer amount of pain, and started to sob from the sensory overload.
"Im sorry...everypony, i c-can't do it," It had landed, and It was getting closer, "im sorry for screwing up all those times, for being a show-off," It was now only a few yards away, "just let me die quickly".
Dash's opponent was now standing before her, its red eyes looking down at her, its servos and joints whirring, its electronic brain computing all the data to lead to it's final analysis.
Metal Rainbow Dash, as it was nicknamed, lifted a hoof over dash's head, and brought it down like a cruise missile.
A loud crunch signified the end of the element of loyalty's life. The malevolent AI looked to the horizon where night and day hung in the balance. Past the carnage of Canterlot, and past the corpses of the lesser beings that had been swept up in the action.
If it could talk, the AI would have said "All living things, inferior beings, kneel before your new overlord!"
It took to the skies once more, the now one all-powerful being in Equestria. The ultimate being, superior to everything around it. It was now the ruler of all in Equestria, which ment it could satisfy its blood-thirsty desires with no resistance.

No info on where this thing came from, or why it was going around killing, or anything. We have no clue to the motivations of it (assuming it has any) or its maker, so what was the point? For that matter, who made it and how?
Either both should be hyphenated, or neither. Be consistent. Also, that second use of "half" shouldn't be capitalized.
When the word "princess" is being used as a title that's part of her name, it needs to be capitalized as well: "Princess Twilight Sparkle".
Loose = the opposite of tight.
Lose = the opposite of win.
If she's only just now getting exhausted after an hour, I wouldn't call that very quickly. That's incredible endurance.
Her name needs to be capitalized.
That needs to say "I'm". It's a contraction (short for "I am"), and contractions have apostrophes in them. Also, the personal pronoun "I" is always capitalized.
Another contraction missing an apostrophe: "won't".
