Filly Twilight Sparkle has a new bed. In fact, bedtime is her favorite time of the night. But what happens when her bed becomes more than a place for sleep? What if Twilight's bed was also a place for cuddles, adventure, silly moments, nightly scares and most of all, a friend? It's playtime!

This story is a sequel to Escaping from Celestia

After her permanent relocation to Unicornia, Twilight Sparkle lets her parents know that if they want to see her that she will not return to Canterlot, they will have to travel to see her. They had initially planned on meeting up in Dodge Junction for Hearth's Warming but given the nature of Unicornia, Twilight forgets when Hearth's Warming is so her parents have to brave the dark forests to come see her.

Story also includes Cherry Jubilee.
