The armies of King Sombra have been halted at the Crystal Front. The Crystal Empire and Equestria clash with a daily death toll in the thousands, deadlocked at the front lines. This is a story of those who fought to defend their homes against an unrelenting foe.

A very frightened, lonely, and unprepared Twilight Sparkle finds herself the target of King Sombra's terrifying bands of mercenaries and monsters on her way to the Front.

The good news is that she has help.

The bad news is that her help is a squad of the Damned: the worst of the worst, ordered to fight without cease until they die as penance for past crimes.

The worse news is that Twilight has someone in her head, someone that King Sombra is very eager to acquire.

But as they are forced to kill ponies and steal the Princesses' files, the two realise that more than their life may be on the line. Their country.

On Hiatus because of some recent facts I have come across.

Set shortly after "Hearths-Breakers", but before "the Cutie Re-Mark". Miss Cheerilee finds out that one of Pinkie's sisters has a possible crush on Big Macintosh. Cheerilee then takes advantage of the Hearths-Warming Break to travel to the Rock Farm to politely speak to said sister and make it clear that Big Mac already HAS a marefriend.

Ever wonder what happened to some other spartan's, like 001 and 003. Well this is the story of these spartan's. They were sent to Equestria after escaping Reach hoping to get away. Now they will have to face something unstoppable to the ponies. The Covenant, yes they will be coming to Equestria and no pony will survive without the spartan's help.
