Project Darkfox made an abandoned sprite comic called 'There's Something About Tails.' It sort of follows the HIE format, but it's a little different. A hardboiled character reminiscent of Starfox McCloud wakes up in Tails body. Using this same formula I was thinking of creating 'There's Something About Spike' or 'There's Something About Derpy.' The insert character would have to be from another franchise, like Naruto or Sword Art Online (Kirito as Derpy would be all kinds of fun IMO or Naruto

Well I finally got around to watching the season 5 finale. I have to say, I was astonished when Twilight Sparkle was no longer a princess. I never thought they would go there, but they did! It wasn’t just that she wasn’t a princess, but that she awoke in an alternate universe! A strange reality, where nopony remembered that she was a princess, and she had never made her friends at all. People like to speculate on where in the distant past G1 occurs. That is to say, there's got to be a time long before Twilight and long before Equestria, when ponies and humans walked together, and witches were motivated merely by who could be the most evil.
