statistics of Lighting Dawn vs Twilight unbiased

That fic always bothered me.It wasn't a fair match, but still I know that if the two fighters especially twilight were done with all there skills realized and put to compare fairly.

Advantages against Lighting:
-Magic:Lighting may have an almost infinite amount of magic(via enticorn)but in his base form he can only use magic from his scepter and and Uniforce, while twilight specializes in multiple different kinds of magic and is not limited to only combat oriented spells and techniques Lighting has.Tho lighting beats her in the strength factor both physical and magical.however Twilight's magic potential could out class his base physical strength

-Versatility: Again unless lighting is in enticorn form,his options of attack are limited while twilight has spells for almost any situation.

-Range:Twilight excels best from afar which for lighting since he is best at close range sure he use powerful magic like Spectral stream and Uniforce but that takes time and energy.

-Transform-remember that spell she used to transform her friends and herself into breezies.That spell may as well be Twilight's trump card.Imagine Twilight turning into a space pony, heck a golden horn space pony! Heck maybe even enticorn and she could even turn lighting into a normal pony if she was a space pony since her magic gets a incredible boost.

-Incredibly strong physically(huge power thanks to training)

- Magic(uniforce:has the potential to destroy a small city in his base form)

-Durability(Can take an extreme pummeling that would have killed a normal pony and was stated that a sonic rainboom from RD can only flinch him)

-Speed(the average trained spacey can go up to 58,800 mph just by running so he we would likely run faster.)

-Intelligence: Above average

-Stamina:high

Believes of himself which powers his resolve and magic.

Rainbow Rod(allows him to use Spectral Stream)

Capture Blaster(captures people)

Has weapons and equipment to increase already high strength and durability.

Energizer(harder then diamonds,handle huge pressures,can cool and warm the body,summons weapons,the visor can do a whole lot of things.)

Enticorn(controls the 10 elements, can negate magic, gets stronger if further to individuality*I think it means either how self conscious they are I think*,bend reality, warp weather,ect.

Weakness:
-Gold horn (doesn't share the same durability as the rest of his body)
-Limited range in base form.
-Enticorn form unstable and hard to control.
- Using Uniforce leaves the user tired when used.
-Overconfident and can be a bit of a jerk at times.
-Can't be enchanted by weak spells both negatively and positively.
-his power are inconsistent, so he may much weaker or stronger than he is stated to be in story

Advantages against Twilight
-Strength, Speed,Magic (in power only in base form and everything else in enticorn form),Durability:.... With all this power twilight could be defeated in a minute or so,depends how strong twilight barrier is which could be destroyed in about 5 hits with normal punches.

-Enticorn:okay I just read about this form and it is OP has Tartarus.Basically lighting is a god at that point tho has trouble controlling it.

-Tech: OP has well, as it can increase his already high level power more and more.Plus the visor can scan through almost anything making illusions useless.

The winner can be well any of these two.There are just so many factors,tho admittedly Lighting has the biggest chance of winning.It's like twilight is fighting Tirek only without rainbow power.Tho Twilight's chance of winning is not zero.Either way,I hope gave people something to think about.
