I decided to make this conscientious decision to not let any of my future children to watch almost anything made by Disney after 1999. And I already blocked all of the Disney channels from my Satellite TV.

It was a tough time for me, if I am being honest. I went through... a lot of things, some emotional, some financial, etc. etc. life is shit for me.
Anyway. I am back to being depressed but not lazy! Which is good, because I am resuming the story. Whew. No set timetable yet due to me... having more life stuff ahead which I know not of. So. Story will continue.

I was doing some Googling recently and learned that the typical length of a novel falls in the range of 80,000 ~ 100,000 words. Obviously, this is a highly variable number informed by an infinitely long list of factors, but I liked the tidiness of these figures, and, more importantly, they happened to roughly align with the amount of words I’ve written and posted on this site.
Sorry for disappearing. Ironically the thing I wanna talk about is the thing that keeps me from being here at FF or getting anything done.

Half the time it feels like a prime demonstration of Sturgeon's Law, and half the time it feels like it needs to introduce a corollary to Sturgeon's Law that expresses what percentage of written works will one day be used as character evidence against the author.
Lightning Dust nudged the shopkeeper on the withers. "Pally, I'm looking for this guy called Blueblood, you seen him? Blonde, kinda wimpy, talks prissy? He looks like you asked an eight-year old to draw a hairdresser."
Blueblood caught the mother's eye. "Terribly sorry to bother you, I wondered if you'd seen a friend of mine. She's a teal pegasus by the name of Lightning Dust. Short and very angry, her face looks a little bit like a political cartoon."
