Have you ever wrote a bad story on purpose to see how people react? · 10:09pm Jan 30th, 2018
Hello you wonderful people who for some unknown reason like my stories.
Hello you wonderful people who for some unknown reason like my stories.
Hello readers.
Because sequels don't get any specialized alerts for fav'd stories, I have to resort to a blog.
The first chapter of Fizzlepop's Wish, the sequel to On the Peak of Aris, is now live.
I hope you enjoy, and as always, thanks for reading!
Patreon supporters take note: April’s supporter reward is now live. If you’ve donated the minimum amount of a dollar during the month of April, you can now take a look at this month’s nifty, behind the scenes look at one of the creatures from the in-progress Shadow of an Empire: the pack hunter creatures known as chort.
Here’s an excerpt from the reward:
Here's a little backstory to this piece:
I really like the GOT House Martell motto of 'Unbowed Unbent Unbroken' and I wanted to so something with it so I thought of no better way than to paint my favourite team as each one of the words from the motto.
After rewatching the movie I began to think: would the show have been better if Tempest had been the villain of season five instead of Starlight?
To me the answer is YES. Tempest not only has a more interesting appearance to her, but her backstory is more relatable as well as sympathetic. Plus it could have opened up more story telling potential. But that's just me and my opinion. Do you agree? Disagree? Let me know
Dear Stalkers
The next chapter will be released soon. That's all I have to say, besides that I finally after a year created a blog that will hold all past chapter updates. Happy new year, and late Christmas...
Side Note: Names of chapter 11 & 12 on user page now.
I am back into Book 1, checking out some potential problems that were brought to my attention. Basic editing stuff. I will run edits through everything as I continue to write book 4. Keep reading, it won't mess with anything logistically. As I have no editor, Its all self edits. I use every technique I can, especially time, to help me edit things to as close to perfection as possible.
Hello, comrades!
I'm doing fine. I just wanted to discuss what I'm up to right now. Most of my blogs are going to be about Shadow of Equestria and my thoughts on how the story is going.
Previously, on The Shadow God:
Tennis!
And now:
The chapter has a new POV: Craig's previously mentioned friend, Mark. And it begins with the narrator summing up his character again:
He was fascinated with two things and two things only. Sports and girls. Though, he wasn’t very good at either. His coordination was a little off in one and he lacked knowledge in the other. Regardless of the way anyone viewed it, he was in bad shape.
Sorry this post is relatively late; it's not for no reason, though.
Managed to fall off my bicycle and break a finger. I spent most of my day in the hospital. Doc says I might need surgery.
Good times.
Previously, on The Shadow God:
The Shadow God!
And now:
The chapter begins and we find ourselves with Detective Underwood and company. It seems Father Spiers has reported that the boys broke into his church earlier.
Hello stalkers. It's time again for yet another update.
Previously, on The Shadow God:
I always feel like somebody's watching meeeeeeee.
And now:
We open the chapter once again with the dynamic duo, the power pair, the brilliant buddies, Detective Underwood and his partner Eubanks.
Underwood glared at him. “Don’t tell me what I should and shouldn’t do. Remember, you’re under my authority. You came to me a year ago to learn how to be a detective and why was that?”
With the gala coming up in my story I have decided to put in on Hiatus while I work out the Gala. Once I get a layout and I get a story that I am happy with I am going to upload the finished chapters.
Thank you everyone for reading stay tune for more.
Yes....
The Gala is coming...
Previously, on The Shadow God:
La finale!
And now:
Welcome back. Did you miss me? I missed you.
This is the wrap-up, the place where we take The Shadow God apart and talk about why it does and doesn't work. If you're new to this series, I recommend you go and start from chapter one. Or not. Do as your prerogative tells you.
Previously, on The Shadow God:
Todd killed a man! Maybe.
And now:
Sorry for the late chapter yesterday, folks. I was busy visiting three different hospitals and a physiotherapy joint. I didn't even get to eat until around 6 PM. Not a good time!
Anyway, we open the twelfth chapter of this masterpiece of a book with Craig running from the hospital to Mark's house, which takes him half an hour. Pretty impressive.
I get to go to Boy Scout Camp! As the adult. He he. Basically, my duties are get the kids to and from the camp, make sure they don't burn down the actual site we have, and... well that's it! The counselors get to make sure they don't hurt or kill themselves! I get to nap, read, and maybe fish. He he he.
