Today's date is very special. October 11th. On this exact day in the year 1998, a new life was brought into this world, and with the newborn came a lot of great joy. 22 years later and that same newborn, now grown up, weaves tall tales created from the mind and with a metaphorical quill, brings those stories to life. I recently played through X and Y again just for shits and giggles. In my travels, I came across not one but TWO shiny Pokemon, the first of which I found naturally without the need for trade since 2008 when I played through Pokemon Pearl and found a shiny Geodude.
