So, as of right now, the next chapter of Conquering of Love is sitting at just under 4500 words and feels about... 1/4? 1/3? Certainly not 1/2.
So, we've got our first Spike episode of the new season, and rather than maybe let a veteran writer handle him, we're giving a new writer a chance. Maybe it's just me, but I feel like these new writers should be confined to episodes with characters that aren't as easy to mess up on. Spike is a character that is so easy to write poorly.

In addition to a full 26 episode season, we've got the big movie due out this October, and over the Summer we've got three Equestria Girls 22 minute specials that will be released on Netflix (no word on whether or not this is a test for a possible spin-off series, or just a one-off experiment to keep the franchise going). First and foremost, I know this is the first of pretty much every episode for the rest of the season that has aired early in Canada ("Forever Filly" airs in Canada today and tomorrow "Parental Glidance" will air in Canada), but my policy in regards to them, unless I say otherwise, is as follows:
