    2023 Year in Review

2023. What a year. I keep getting this feeling... this thought that, "Okay, once I get through this, then I can settle down. I just need to make it to the weekend. I just need to finish this busy end-of-the-month. Once I get through this quarter. Oh, it's 2024 already..? Fuck."

    Happy Hearth's Warming!

    and Merry Jinglemas!
I requested a story about how Twilight's Ponyville friends celebrated the holiday the year before she arrived.
    FanOfMostEverything wrote for me:

    EFor a Given Value
Twilight united five dubiously sane mares into an unstoppable force for good... which has some implications for what they were like before she came to town.

"Side length over 10,000px"?

That must be one hell of a family tree!

I guess that makes us even.

:derpytongue2:

Is that 51 generations of direct incest?

That's a lot of incest.

And I thought my character having a sister who is a still living many times great grandmother to him was bad, jeez.

that is a amazing family tree. and to think it does not branch out. :scootangel:

Math Pi is my new favorite character.

At that sort of distance, even descendants and ancestors aren't considered genetically close.

Gregor Mendel would despair at the death of his theory of heritable traits in the face of this.

ayo this family tree is a fucking coconut tree

Big shout out to the creator of the image. They did some serious work based on your story.

Ain't no tree I ever did see!

When your Alabama pitchfork only has two prongs.

Whats the largest comparison in Egyptian Pharoic, Hawaiian Ruler and other places over history? Half a dozen or so at most?:trixieshiftright:

Or Hyenas?:yay:

This family tree is obviously a Tulip Poplar. Those are the ones that go straight up without any real branching, and were what old shipwrights used for those incredibly tall masts.

49 soon to be 50 i guess.

What is this? What’s cats cradle? I feel like there’s a reference here I’m missing

Odd to see only one set of twins. Still that is a messed up family.

... you're not wrong, but even tulip trees have some branches. This? This is more like a coconut tree... plenty of leaves, no branches, and technically an oversized piece of grass.

All Twin Pairs. Prism & Quartz. Borealis & Australis. Golden Oak & Everfree Explorer. Then the lastest was Platinum Sword & Zenith Gust.

That family tree is a wreath.

I've seen ladders with more direction than this...thats a gatdamn family pole

Celestia got really lucky no one was ever gay, trans, or sterile, huh.

I didn't make this tree. I would have added other such branches.
This was a fan project, made, I imagine, more for O.C. funsies than anything else.

Celestia got really lucky no one was ever gay, trans, or sterile, huh.

That's subjective. Did you read Cat's Cradle? Because Celestia gets very unlucky regarding one of those.

A cat's cradle is a game played with string. One person takes a loop of yarn and makes an intricate web using both hands and passes it on to a friend who in turn makes it more complicated and passes it back and forth, ultimately becoming an entangled mess. Usually called a cat's cradle since cats are known to ruin bags of yarn belonging to old ladies, but the grandkids love playing it. There are some rules to it, if you wish to look it up. Celestia's problem was she had nobody to play with and the cradle complexity got away from her. The banishment of Luna both sealed Celestia's doom to never be a mother and made the eugenics project a success.......a pure cat's cradle.

I did read it. I've read the story up until a certain zeppelin three times and have been saving my review while I digest the story. but the way the current tree looks, it looks like she never had any issues until Ya Know.

Thats more like a bamboo stalk

So is this a line if incest?

reading the names someone certainly had fun heh heh

what are some of the names you find most humors Shakespearicles?

What are some names you find most humorous?
