What’s up fam- it’s your physically and temporally-absent boi here dropping back in.
Brief updates on life- been working my tail off (doctoring is hard) and got married last month. I haven’t forgotten about you all. There’s still plenty of stories rattling around upstairs; it’s just a matter of finding time to put fingers to the keyboard.

I'm finishing up my last year of medical school and matched into my first choice residency (at the same hospital/school I'm at now, actually!); so I apologize for not posting any new content in... 13 months

Honestly, knowing that you’ve been in med school, I’m actually surprised you’ve been able to find the time to do as much writing as you have been doing.
It’s all cool. Get that degree, be the pony Doctor we deserve... or need... one of those.
But, if we have to start calling you Doctor Grant, we’re going to start demanding pony-dinosaur cuddle-fics.

I’m alright! Sleep schedule is shit so I’m feeling tired most days. Hours getting cut at work so we have less time to get stuff done and thus things are getting worse and more stressful, plus making less money. A friend is having some existential crisis of sorts and I’m having trouble counseling him through it.
Overall been better, been worse. Trying to pump out a little short story amidst it all but I always feel like my writing is really rushed and I can’t let something have a comfortable pace.
I'm doing fine, and considering how hard medical school must be, that's completely understandable.
I have worked 6 50-55 hour work weeks in a row. My knees and ankles don’t exist anymore from standing all the time.
When will you be allowed to actually prescribe cuddles?
