Yes, I went ahead and listened to everyone tell me they wanted to know what Trixie was up to during that year she spent time traveling.

"But Ninja!" I hear you say, "Why are you starting a third series? Aren't you already writing enough? What are you thinking?"

Is it REALLY a third series though? It takes place in the same universe as Midnight at the Crystal Library, right?

You're not wrong... MatCL and Home Again are precisely in the same timeline. Anarchy won't directly mention those events, so anyone is free to assume it's regular continuity, though it does also count Trixie's Great and Powerful Adventure in it's timeline, seeing as how Celeste exists there. So, from a certain point of view, I suppose it could be two series...

I think the way it works is while this story and it's predecessor are one SERIES, it's still in the same UNIVERSE as Anarchy. So, while they are different series, they are in the same universe.
