In which Zecora gets sick, Fluttershy's thick, and Twilight's muffins don't make the pick.
While helping Fluttershy gather criss-cross moss for her sanctuary, Zecora gets sneezed at by evil floating flowers that infect her with "Swamp Fever", a rare and mysterious disease that slowly turns the victim into a tree that spreads the infection.
Whooogh. 
Frantic to find a cure, Fluttershy works nonstop to research the legendary healer, dragging Twilight along on her search, interrupting a tense cookoff between Twilight and Spike. Their research eventually leads to Mage Meadowbrook, a legendary Cajun healer who, it turns out, was able to cure Swamp Fever with Flash Bee honey. They discover this just in time, as Fluttershy herself has been infected.
Fluttershy has been going full-tilt for days without sleep, desperate to cure Zecora and behaving more aggressively than normal. It finally catches up to her when all her attempts to cajole the Flash Bees fail and result in her passing out for three days. Finally, after waking up, she realizes how Meadowbrook saved everyone: she used a mask that had the same stripes as the Queen Flash Bee. She gets the honey and cures herself and Zecora. Yay!
This episode has some fun moments, including another Twilight waking nonsequitur ("NONSTICK PANS!") and lampshading of Zecora's rhyming and Fluttershy's excited squeaky noise. Also, Zecora flubbing a rhyme. And more Cajun ponies!

This sounds intensely silly.
Mage Meadowbrook, I want to say that name has appeared before. But I dont know if it was in the show, comics or fanfiction.
And swamp fever seems to have a really slow conversion rate if Flutters can sleep for three days and still function even after being infected. Also why would she want to cure herself? She wants to be a tree. She could plant herself in her sanctuary. She would get everything she wants, she being a tree and all her animals around her.
Well this will be an interesting watch tonight.

How many clopfics are gonna be inspired by the scene of Fluttershy looking down at Twilight after she falls out of bed? You just know the fandom's gonna go crazy with that.
In all seriousness, this was a fantastic episode. But on a scale of one to ten, how much do you think a flash bee sting hurts?

You know what I wana see? Fluttershy being sick and Angel having to care for her.
I 'm getting a little annoyed at how the writers keep forgetting Twilight's powers. They do remember that she was able to freeze dozens of ponies in place with her magic, right? A couple of bees should be easy to hold in place long enough to get some honey.

We hear ponies turn into trees that produces more of these flowers.
What do we see in the start of the episode? a ton of trees that are growing these flowers.
