Seems I've become addicted to making vector artwork these last couple of weeks. That's okay, I didn't need a life anyway! Pft, so overrated! ... I never had one anyway.
The amateur process I use is agonising, though the results are just so damnably rewarding! Click click and click again to sculpt every besotted shape no matter how minute the detail, give it a colour or a blend, on and on and on until I either pass out or I'm late for work ad infinitum. I've literally not stopped since completing that Dusty Sage avatar and Phazon's story cover.
Speaking of Phazon and art, go and read Filly Fluttershy: Uprising. It'll take you a couple of months, but you'll thank me in the end! Then you'll wonder why it's suddenly Christmas, curse the unforgiving illusion of time, and me for recommending it. FUN FUN FUN! BRING IT!

So although I'm terribly guilty for using the artwork of others for... well, everything I've published or posted until now, I've never done so feeling it was fair to do so. After managing to find this unrelenting inspiration, I elected to make myself an avatar since... I had to do something. I HAD TO. THE ART, IT INSISTS! EATING AT ME, SLOWLY KILLING MY WILL TO LIVE! ARRGH!
For those of you who're familiar with my >green text "headache voice" rants, allow me to introduce my interpretation of um... her? It? Whatever? She's a monstrous mess, at least:
I had this crazy notion to design a Twilight incorporating pieces of all the major villains she's encountered over the last few years, and this happened. Is it perfect? Nah. Is it fun and demented? Yes. YES! HEADACHE VOICE LIVES! I love it. So much. I'll probably fuss over it and redesign it a million times in the future, but that's fine.
I also replaced the old "SWARM" picture on my main page, lovingly given to me by my precious theburningone - I'll keep the original artwork for myself, as it's a spefial gift that mother loves AND ONLY SHE GETS TO ENJOY IT NOW - with a vector poster reminiscent of those old /4chan/ political works from years ago:
... it's a desperate cry for attention. I won't deny that.

In "Join the Swarm", the smoke from her eye goes on top of the ear but underneath the hair. Aside from that, and some minor artefacts, it looks cool. Far better than my own attempts.
Gasp! Headache voice truly lives! Is the presidency next?

You have to understand. I'm in the US, and our election is a month and a half away. Right now, our options are between a belligerent, know-nothing Twitter troll, a woman who's spent so many years in politics that she will never not be ethically dubious no matter how much good she ever managed to do, and two people who frankly probably have no business running a country anyway. As far as I'm concerned, Headache Voice is probably just a slightly more militant Bernie Sanders. So yeah, I'd vote for that.
Oh, and just to be clear. Is that Twifight genocide polish medicine or Twifight genocide Polish medicine in the title?
