I wanna say it is going to be a minor antagonist that reformed off-screen after the events of the episode she was in, if so then i would like to see either Suri polomare or Lighting Dust.
Either way i hope whoever it is really did reform and Twilight is just overreacting, unable to believe it because either she or one of the other Main six wasn't the cause of it.
I'm more interested in why Twilight would stop her? Must be a really bad pony then when Twilight thinks that it's not worth the effort, if that's the case.
Who could this pony be that Twilight hasn't forgiven and has been reformed?
Trixie was forgiven and apologized... I can't imagine it's going to be her.
3880113 I agree, especially because of the forgiven part. I don't think that Twilight harbors any bad feelings against her anymore.
3880071 You're probably right with Lightning Dust and the whole reformed off-screen part. While Suri was also a bad pony, Lightning Dust endangered others due to her reckless behavior and even if it was accidental, plummeting to death because of an out of control tornado is way more serious than stealing ideas from others, at least in my opinion.
That's why I think it could be Lightning since Twilight has more of a personal history with her than with Suri.
The only other bad ponies I can think of, which could've have been reformed off screen are Wind Rider and Svengallop but I don't think that it would be about them.
As for the episode title, it's a play on words, right? No Second Chances, but why? Too bad we have to wait that long for this episode.

Yeah Lighting Dust is someone that is very believable to of reformed of screen, what she did either didn't have much malice in it towards anyone and was a accident but as you said almost killing Twilight and the others even by mistake is still much more serious then what many of the other minor antagonist's have done.
I truth if it is instead someone like Suri i will feel a little bit disappointed but seeing how the Main Six reacted when Trixie returned, even though she hadn't done anything at that point (when she just entered town) that would really mark her as a "villain" then part of me can believe it.
Though i will say that i am really hoping for Lighting Dust.
Sunset Shimmer? Maybe? Probably not, or we'd be getting another "Twilight gradually fucks everything up" episode.
I'm thinking Trix because she's actually only had two episodes, in 5 seasons, so a third could be reasonable. Plus we haven't seen her reformation really get fleshed out, just a suggestion that she was good at the end of Magic Duel
Here's hoping that whoever it is, it's more shipping and fanfiction fodder. That seems to be the biggest thing Season 6 is doing, giving the writers more fodder for their fanfictions and fanart.

3880593 I doubt it would be Sunset since it would seem like a good idea for the two of them to meet. Other then that I'm not sure who it could be since Twilight isn't one to hold grudges.

Sigh i was really hoping it was going to be someone different then Trixie, i mean really a minor "villain" that reform's thanks to Twilight and she is the one they chose, i have a few problems with this.
1. Trixie is far more innocent then most villain's, seeing on how during her first appearance she really didn't do anything wrong but ended up the true victim, and during her second she was being corrupted by a evil artifact so at least part of her actions can been attributed to that.
2. Seeing on how Trixie at least started to become reformed in show thanks to Twilight it will make Twilight seem like bit of a hypocrite, unlike a ex-villain reforming off screen who she would have less reason to believe.
3. Yet again it seems that no one is able to change there ways without Twilight or one of her friends being the cause.
Well, that was surprising. Really thought it would be somepony else than Trixie.
Furthermore, what's with the malice in Trixies voice when greeting Twilight?
Makes it look like that she isn't reformed at all.
