Ooh, boy. I can hear a few mutters out there.
DEL! Another retcon?! Why do you keep making stuff that will confuse us once more? Amateur. Etc. Etc.
Well, don't get your horns/wings/hooves/hands/knickers in a twist. It's just a minor detail. I am now officially making Twilight an alicorn. And give her the title of princess. It's a move to at least make the GMverse closer to show lore but not big enough to disrupt the story structure.
I won't go to details how close it'll be to the show canon. Needless to say, a lot of stuff from the last two seasons won't make it in, but what does, I'm still contemplating on. I already edited a few things in the first chapter, and more to follow.
Speaking of the first chapter, it's nostalgic to see how much I evolved so a writer. First chapter felt weird for me, and I have been itching to rewrite it, but I'll abstain from now. It's not a complete disaster, and doesn't really disrupt the style of the narrative the story had so far. Also, I have other stories to write, so yeah. Putting a pin on it now.
Oddly enough, my last blog got me thinking of making an AU GMverse. A want for nail type of fiction. Make a bit of controversy. No details yet, but my next blog might have a small glimpse of the story. No idea if I'll even write it properly, but what I have in my mind is going to cause a bit of friction, especially those that love how the normal GMverse flows. I'll name this one Project FOG. As in Fall of the Gentlemanverse.

So Gentlemanverse Twilight can fly around. That's fine. I care more for the possibility of her hiring a Gentleman to tend to her romantic needs, which to me seems likely.

Eh, it's been done. And while I do my work with inspiration behind it, sometimes a bit too clearly, this won't be a nuclear wasteland. It's more of ponies being a bit... harder.

2717770 Eh, I don't know if Mile High Club would be one of Sparklebutt's fetishes, she seems to use flight exclusively as a tool in canon and is not really good at it. I was thinking more along the lines of alicorn pleasure points.
And yes, Twilicorn's introduction sucked ass and still does. To this day I still refuse to re-watch that piece of shit that was the season 3 finale.
