I Feel Sane Once More · 9:37pm Aug 19th, 2014
Ah, summer. The months of long isolation, sadness, stress, and loneliness. For some, it can be fun. For me, however, I felt my sanity slipping away a bit more with each passing day. At times, I'd cry over the thoughts of being lonely. Other times, I'd cry simply because my toaster strudel was too cold. I'd Sometimes, I'd throw things, yell, and feel pissed, paranoid, or some other odd emotion I can hardly handle.
Yesterday, however, everything changed. I was transported to a place where I felt surrounded by positivity, light, and intelligence. I went to high school. And yes, I know, it often times sucks, but when you're in a school full of creative, fun-loving, and bright kids, it's amazing. I reunited with some old friends, got to meet new teachers and Freshmen, and I was successful talked to my crush. We only have two classes together, but it's been a blast so far. Yes, I've had to walk to and from my bus stop (my car broke down) but that didn't make it any less enjoyable. (Only I was a bit upset when I was scared off by a opossum and spilt an energy drink on my clothes this morning). Also, I talked to my crush's dad (he's a teacher) and he seemed to miss me. Him and Ethan even mentioned talking about me, which made me flattered.
So, all in all, I've been feeling much happier lately. There's just been so much brining me down, and I've finally found some light in life.
Also, my newest chapter of Raising Rainbow is over 10,000 words so far. I know what I'm doing with it, but it's going to take a while to come out, especially with school. I'm not sure when, but I do know it's A LOT better than the previous one. I'll take my time. Also, I never knew how hard it was for me to write for Rainbolt until this chapter. I just put him in a rather odd situation, so it does feel weird to write. I hope it comes out good and everything. I hope you'll enjoy it when it's finally finished.
Well, that's it. Dinner's ready!

wait school starting... now? that's just weird. i do to enjoy going to school again, especially after the summer. good you hear you are feeling better... mentally that is.(i guess...) anyways have fun with school... also i still dont get the whole title of grades (eg. Freshmen), just seems weird to me. welp guess thats just my Canadian showing

2384478 Well, Freshmen are in 9th grade, Sophomores are 10th, Juniors are 11th, and Seniors are 12th. I'm a Sophomore. Or did you know that, just not understand why we do it? Also, what time do schools start where you live?
I'm glad things are looking up for you. I like school to, but I'm in College so things are a little different. If that's the wise thing that horns with an opossum, you'll be lucky. I had one drown in my pool while I was on vacation. It was disgusting to get out. I still shudder thinking about it.

my school starts right after Victoria day/Labor day (cant remember witch) witch is the first Monday of
September.
