So in only a week or so, something I typed out over one afternoon and some coffee has become one of my most-loved stories, with over 2000 views and nearly 300 likes with over 100 comments.
Numbers don't lie, people. That story was very well-received. So well-received, that I'm giving thoughts to some sequel ideas. Maybe ones that focus on Apple Bloom's and Scootaloo's excursions into the wild, wacky world of twisted romance. I've already got some ideas, but I want them to be as good and as funny and as sweet as the original.
So I gotta ask, what pairings do you guys hope to see with Apple Bloom or Scootaloo? Or heck, which of the other fillies and colts would you wanna see get some mileage out of these stories? And most importantly, how should I punish Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon in each story? 
Lemme end this post with something fun.
You can't possibly punish Diamond Tiara worst than having her and Apple Bloom hook up as some sort of cruel joke that ends up being eventually taken seriously by Diamond Tiara, only to find Apple Bloom and Scoots were just pranking them.
Besides, fillyfoolers? DT? Pfft. Would never happen... Not with some filthy farm pony who can't take three steps without falling flat on her face.
Silver catching on to Scoots plans early on and trying to enjoy a bit of DT's reactions but also making moves on Scoots as a way to throw off Scoot's and AB's plans? Yeah, fun for all. No doubt.
But seriously, I wouldn't mind seeing more chubby belle (DAMN!) and Spike cameo in whatever shenanigans you come up with. I was totally tsundere for that story, and DT and SS did the best fat jokes, 100 points for Silver's response to Spike's little 'riddle' there. And Sweetie Belle landing on those two who end up 'graciously' returning their missing chubby marshmallow was all kinds of adorable seeing how frustrated they were. Classic. Reminds me of some of the older cartoons growing up.
The narration was a bit hit or miss, but it gave it some charm where it felt right. Certainly a nice way to time skip without bothering with a [hr] break on a couple of parts there. Nice going in making something overall fun and cute.
I mean, with likes like:
"Guys! I'm feeling a bit loose."
"What has Spike being doing back there?"
Who wouldn't love it? Totally how friends treat each other irl.
I think what made it work was that Sweetie Belle started off just using her feminine wiles to trick Spike, only to discover what a nice guy he really was despite how she's treated him and no doubt how big she's gotten. Great moments with a lot of small stuff that added up well to the overall experience.
Anyhow, how about:
Archer x Dee Pad/Button Mash. You can punish DT and SS by beating them in some EVO team matchup or something. Maybe find a way to school DT in Mare of Duty or Battlefield Equestria or something. DDR?
Apple Bloom x that colt who shined her hoof? Nah...
Rumble x Diamond Tiara x Rumble x Scootaloo. A story where rumble tries to secretly date two fillies he really likes for two different and not totally shallow reasons. His big bro ends up being punished by Flitter and Cloud Chaser for REASONS or ends with Rumble and Silver as it turns out Rumble has a thing for glasses-wearing grey fillies?
Diamond Tiara x Scootaloo... because WHY NOT. DT and Scoots are totally tsundere for each other. After a failed relationship with colts makes the two swear off colts altogether despite having only dated one colt ever. Like ALL other quitters when they have one bad experience with an opposite gender.
Wait, can one even HAVE a relationship in a passive-aggressive manner that can translate into "I love you"'s and such? Buck it, sounds worth a try!
Ship Applebloom and Scootaloo!
Ship Granny Smith and Scootaloo.
Scoots crushes on oblivious AB, while DT tries to woo Silver, who is getting bored of picking on others and is crushing on AB.
All the while, Rumble is crushing on Scoots.
Shenanigans commence.

Pretty sure you'll have killed this would be series' appeal by removing one of the antagonists. Besides, did you read the first story? DT and SS be all WOMBO COMBO with them insults. Story needs conflict, not more sunshine and rainbows.
BUT! There are plenty of Silver gets bored of picking on the CMC and long to abandon her best friend at the flip of a switch in THIS folder for your viewing pleasure! Silver Spoon Wakes Up One Morning and Switches Sides For no Good Reason Folder!
But, seriously, check out Camping Trip. It's with Cheerilee (being a competent and caring teacher no less) who convinces some of the foals' parents to go to her special camping trip in hopes of bringing the selected foals' natural selves out, be free to express themselves and explore who they are without their peers judging them. She convinces RD to be one of the camp leaders since she has experience in such fields. Foals focused on include Silver Spoon, Sweetie Belle, Snails, and a few others. It's a pleasant read. And you can't go wrong with Moving On: A Silver Spoon Story, which is a staple for any Silver Spoon redemption fan to read.

Hehe, I don't dislike Silver Spoon being 'good', I just don't think people give her enough credit and tend to not take a more serious look into how a Silver Befriends the CMC concept very well most the times. But thankfully there are a few good ones to speak of. Silver is playful and assertive with DT. I respect the bond those two have, even if they aren't the best of friends with the CMC.

That's a mite too complicated for what I'm going for. The Absurdityverse (Because if it's gonna be a series, the series needs a name) always begins with a simple situation that slowly spirals more and more out of control, like an episode of Regular Show, culminating in a blow-off followed by a cute epilogue. Outside that formula, anything is fair game.

LOL, I can't believe so many people like the concept of a fat Sweetie Belle. I hope I haven't started something I'm gonna regret later.
Di doesn't strike me as the type of girl to be interested in gaming. Frankly, none of the CMC strike me as gamers, either.
My comedy style is rather flippant and rambunctious, isn't it? I dunno, leaning on the fourth wall with Media-Aware characters is always something that strikes me as funny... and remember, if YOU wouldn't read it, why write it?
I dunno about Scootaloo, but Diamond Tiara might pull something like that. She's easily bored and doesn't put up with too much before calling it quits and trying to retreat from a situation instead of resolving it gracefully.
Scootaloo, however, doesn't strike me as a quitter, especially since she looks up to Rainbow Dash who, like Rush Limbaugh, firmly believes in the triumph of the individual and the value of always trying your best without ever giving up. If she wants a boyfriend, she probably wouldn't stop until she gets the manliest one in school.
I could probably work with this idea in either case. We'll see.

No "redemption" arc for the alpha bitches. They get better -- as evidenced by Diamond Tiara's surprising (and honestly kind of touching, in my opinion) amount of patience after getting smacked with a Sweetie Belle cannon ballalmost twice her size. But they'll always be bad in some way, simply because I wouldn't have them any other way.

Believe it or not, lots of big girls get lots of skinny dudes as boyfriends. Big girls have a lot of lovin. Don't mean they sweaty and dirty just cause they big now. And where it counts, the chub don't matter. It really is about how they take care themselves and treat others. So many underappreciated girls going unloved because some little dude thank some boney butt girl can give it better. Damn, if only they knew how wrong they are.
It's the heart that counts! (but dat booty shake *slap* be mesmerizing)
But also, Sweetie has this natural extra pudge look on the show. It's just a trick of the eyes no doubt, but you can practically just see how much thicker she is compared to the other two sometimes.
Plus, we can totally see her being a pastry sucking vacuum.
Have you seen how motivational and tactical that filly is? She'd be that camper that trolls everyone from that one place you can never cross because the moment you do you get owned, the whole time calling hit squads to chase down escapees or luring them into her teammates grasps.
DT can be many things. She has the money. She was apparently runners up for winning the contest for the flag (supposedly) at the end there with those gymnastic outfits. Which got a callback to in Twilight Time, though she probably didn't think the lesser ponies were worthy of her efforts.
Idk, I see her as one who betters herself so not to lose or be humiliated again and just keeps training to stay ahead of the curve.
But yeah, outside of it being just something she'd do to prove she was the best at, at least, I don't see her being hardcore everyday on games. But more hardcore "you play at this hour till that hour and we play for keeps" style.
I don't know. She was trying new things and being her best in cutie pox while Apple Bloom kept acting like Diamond Tiara (I love their rivalry) when they were hoopty-looping. Not to mention how she confronts and questions adults when what she understands to be what society deems is most important through her interpretations becomes conflicted. She also ran a School News Paper with such amazing focus and control that honestly I'm still baffled why people think she's lazy with all she did.
She KNOWS when to work with others, knows how much to push them so not to break them, and knows she has a reputation to keep clean so she can't go too crazy with her teasing a bunch of "hot messes" who screw up so much.
The only thing I can say is that it's true. She hasn't done much yet. We never got to see the performance. We never got to see if she really was runner-up for that matter. And she has this want for being and having the nothing but the best. She's competitive and has a sharp mind. If only she and Silver weren't so into having fun at the CMC's expense with all those shenanigans. They just push buttons for reactions.
And yes, buck redemption. They aren't murderers or drug addicts. They just love rustling the CMC's Jimmies.
Wanted to. But finding time to comment on a story can be hard sometimes. But yeah, Chubby Belle works so well with Spike. Dunno why I disliked normal Sweetie with Spike stories. This one here was way cuter. I'll keep the comment thing in mind for next story.
And you're welcome, I'm just happy to it had such nice moments with all the cast members. It really felt like a nice episode without any of the bias normally found in other stories. It focused on entertainment and Normal Show is a good example to go by, I happen to enjoy Gumball as well, but that Normal Show has such a great mix of characters and they all get a nice part to play from time to time. None feel really left out.

I'd say rather than another romance, a different fic in the same world. By the by, 'Set in Absurdity' sounds like a better name than 'Absurdityverse'.
While I haven't read the fic yet, I'd suggest Scoots dealing with a simple conflict. Not sure what the conflict should be, but hey, Scoots is cool.

I don't watch Regular Show.
That said, just start it from Silver's PoV, listening but not paying attention to DT. Things begin to spiral out of control when Scoots confronts Silver about it, and they being to try showing off to AB in increasingly stupid ways. DT and Rumble work together to split the two competitors to get their respective crushes.
AB tries to figure out why this idea for an 'internally combusting engine' isn't working. The Flim Flam brothers made it work...
Just off the top of my head: Applebloom and Scoots get jealous of Sweetie Belle, so they gain weight in hopes that Spike will like them as well.

Mmmmn, nah. I think it should be a prevailing theme that a lady can be beautiful no matter what her size is. Helps make the stories feel much more full of heart.
