They're at it again. So would you kindly sign this petition and send it around to others? We don't have much time left.

Fucking AGAIN?! SERIOUSLY?
Signed
'Sadly' not American, but good luck with this crap to those of you who are.
Any idea why the USA government keeps pushing this crap? It only leads to bad international publicity and a public uproar. Are they really hoping to just keep doing it untill peopel fold?
Just... Urk.
Ffffffffffffffffff-again!!?? Goddamnit...
I am really getting sick and tired of this. when will they get it through their heads that we will not allow this to come to pass, EVER?
1922535 People who don't understand technology but nevertheless want more control over it. Kind of the story of human civilization, really: Those who wish to be left alone, and those who want to meddle "for our own good".

Ugh... Politicians.
There isn't enough emoticons in the world to confer what I think about the intelligence levels of the even the average of that bunch, let alone the worst.
Again? Yes, again. And again, and again, and again... until they win.
Ugh. Again. They are going to try until they do it or force it upon people. Not to mention that this thing is utterly idiotic even if this wasn't another way to censor things and give more moneh to companies.
Funny, people who pirate things mostly are at the same time people who are clients of all those companies and without them they would get shit.
Wait, it's back? I can't find much about it after late 2012.
Sources please!
Yeah...while it doesn't surprise me they'd try again, nothing's turning up on any searches or Wikipedia. We sure this is a thing again, and not just "Remember, we still don't like this" petition?
NOBODY MESSESS WITH MY FANFICS. yelling in inarticulate rage.
Signed.
I'll be fair, while I HAVE signed the petition, simply because it's better to be safe than sorry, I've looked around and I can't find any evidence that SOPA is actually back beyond one news blog that may or may not be reliable. I can't help but wonder if this latest petition is just something really really late to the party.
That said, I figure there's no harm in signing it anyway, just to be sure.
Aside from a "Hollywood is like an ex" blog that appears fairly legit, there's also this regarding CISPA, which recently passed: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/04/18/cispa-vote-house-approves_n_3109504.html
I'm not American, but that's still pretty worrying.
Signed already but I'm Aussie so I don't know for sure if it'll take.
So, I remember when this last came up and I did sign petitions then, but I never really understood what it was about. All I got was that it had something to do with further censoring things on youtube and other sites like it, but I know there is a lot more to it than just that if someone would be willing to explain it to me?
