Hi guys!
So the Season Four premiere was sufficiently amazing that I'm pumped to write more stories. Stories, yo. We're talkin' pony words.
Out the WAZOO.
Anyhow, I worked through a substantial portion of my idea backlog in the rush running up to S4 (you guys may've noticed I posted quite a few stories this November), and I'm starting to scrape the bottom of my current inspiration tank. Given time, I could always pump some more, but I figured now's as good a time as any to ask the folks who've stuck with me this far what they'd like to see.
So, given that you guys are following me, I can only assume you've read at least one or two of my works. To that end, if you should so desire, feel free to post below any story concepts or ideas you'd like to see me tackle. No promises that I'll end up using your idea, but it'd be a great service to me to see a lot of potential starting points for new fics, so I'd like it if you threw stuff at me. Also I'll totally credit you if I end up using one of your suggestions, 'cause inspiration doesn't grow on trees.

Note: I get that there are folks who want to see me write continuations, extensions, or otherwise works related to my existing one-shots, but I generally sort of move on from these ideas once I've finished telling the stories I want to tell with them. To that end, suggesting "I want to see a sequel to X!" will get consideration, but I wouldn't substantially bank on seeing anything from it.
If you really really want to put forth a sequel suggestion, at least try to sufface it with a general idea of what you'd like to see the sequel do, or what'd happen in it, to give me a starting point for brainstorming. Again, no promises, but if enough SEEDS are sown, it's distinctly possible at least one'll take root. :D
Dunno how successful this idea drive'll be, but might as well shoot for it! Let the games begin.

Alright, idea! Derpy has Dinky and/or Sparkler taken away from her wrongfully by the Equestrian Foal Services (Or whatever they're called.). Desperate, The Nightmare makes a deal with Derpy; she'll help Derpy get back her daughter(s) if Derpy then helps her take over Equestria. Derpy agrees. Derpy gets her daughter(s) back, and then tries to take over Equestria. No matter what evil The Nightmare tries to do, Derpy messes up and makes it a good result. IF she becomes the princess/queen of Equestria? She does a better job than Celestia.
Don't have to follow that, of course, but it would be cool to see The Nigtmare take over Derpy, only for Derpy to screw with The Nightmare's plans just by being herself.
Write a fic containing twilight finding text that tells of an ancient war between Celestia and Luna vs horses that ended in the horses extinction.
Pretty much a war story showing both sides of the war, as well as Twilight's reaction as she reads it, and how she copes with it.
Also something like how nopony believes her.
Discord accidentally does something that makes Twilight take her new role of being King seriously, wielding the Scepter of Magic and her royal Cape of Destiny. She goes on an epic crusade to tear up the evil plant thing by its roots, recruiting Spike, Discord, and several unfortunate background ponies to help. Will she be successful? Will Discord ever rectify his mistake and save the day? What will become of the Tree of Harmony and all of Twilight's friends? Will Spike ever explain where that seat belt came from?
As unoriginal as this idea is, I really would like to see what would've happened to ponykind had the Tree of Harmony failed to stop Discord's plunder seeds.
The adventures of Celestia's personal arborialist. With as many magical trees are in this show, this is going to be Daring Do as a botanist.

We've often wondered where the elements of harmony came from. Well, now we know.
The new question is, WHERE DID THE TREE OF HARMONY COME FROM???
You might write something about that.
P.S. - Applejack can apparently make a lasso out of anything. You might insert that into the fic, too.

You must be wielding six plot-sensitive keys, my friend, because you're trying to open up a box full of eye-searing agony and pain.
The gap of time between Celestia's and Luna's arrival to Equestria and defeating Discord as well as the period between Discord and Nightmare Moon. It's not exactly original, but the Elements' new canon origin shattered most of my headcanons on this subject.
I actually was not inspired to write anything after seeing it. Granted, I've only seen it once and that may change, but the obvious questions are more or less things I expect will be answered by this season.
The premiere from Discord's point of view would be fascinating. Seeing the thoughts behind the grudging aid could be fascinating.
Alternately, something written from the perspective of the Tree of Harmony itself, though that may be a bit... odd.
Story ideas?
(*) Alicorns aren't actually immortal, but just extremely long lived. Celestia knows she's about to die (in centuries or even a few decades), so she needed a successor.
(*) Story starts a decade into the future, when the girls suddenly start to rapidly age: turns out that the Elements transformed Twilight into an Alicorn by wringing out the life from her friends.
(*) Twilight didn't survive when she was blasted by the Elements: her transformation into an Alicorn is actually her vision of Paradise.
(*) The Bearers blast a misunderstood innocent. The Elements lash out against their Bearers.
(*) When Twilight started the thing in Magical Mystery Cure, she got swapped as well. How would Rarity deal with things, especially once she learns that her memories of being Princess Celestia's pupil are a lie?

Write a story explaining how gummy came to be a hoof file for discord.
It would be interesting to see Celestia's transition out of the old castle which we saw Luna destroy, into Cantorlot castle. I imagine she left the Old castle in the everfree forest because she couldn't bear to remember what she had to do there. That sort of story seems right up your alley.

After a thousand years the Princess of the Night has returned. Once again she patrols her little ponies’ dreams. And some of the things she finds there do not make her happy…
The origin of Rarity's accent
After discovering her rock full of gemstones, Rarity meets another young filly on the road back to Ponyville. The orange filly is returning home from someplace called Manehattan and has the most intriguing accent.
I have a story idea that I was going to use but I suck at writing so here goes nothing. A pony gets a cutie mark that ends up being a blank, as in just a "_____" like the fill-in-the-blank things from Mad Libs. Something where the talent is that the pony can be good at whatever he wants to be good at but only sees himself as a failure because he doesn't have a real mark.
I dunno, I suck at this imagination thing. I just thought that it would be interesting to see a story with a pony who is, quite literally, a blank flank.
"The Element of Order" was an idea that had popped up into my head during the hiatus, but I'd scrapped it after watching the premiere.
It involves the Mane 6 being turned to stone by a force that claims to be the seventh and final Element of Harmony, and has decided to emerge and destroy the rampant chaos in this world. A noble goal - except Equestria gets turned to stone in the process as well.
Now, the Elements are trapped in a parallel Equestria (think Ponyville à la Camazotz) and they must save their home from within. However, they're going to need Discord's help - because as it turns out, the Element of Order has more in common with chaos incarnate than she wants to admit.

1. Headcanon explanation on what's in that Tree of Harmony box would be nice.
2. That potion Zecora made saying only 'Alicorn Magic' can turn it from pink to white and Twilight responded by using Zombra's dark magic thing on it. Conspiracy story that has to do with this pls.
3. Explanation why the Element of Magic has always looked like Twilight's cutie mark since time immemorial and didn't change its form at all.
perhaps you could write about an ancient (and by ancient I'm talking gen1) evil that has been re-awoken and decides to assault Equestria. so Twilight uses a Chrono-Dimensional spell and brings out 6 Gen 1 ponies or something. Cue Epic Adventure

1544588 I meant it as a crackfic, but it could be straight-up show-like: Twi notices all famous magicians have beards and focuses on that. Shenanigans ensue. Celestia tells her at the end that the beard didn't matter; she could have tapped her ruby slippers together and gone back to Kansas at any time. Lesson learned.
Some of the shows /are/ crackfics, now that I think about it.
