Signal Boost: Santa · 12:01am Jun 27th, 2023

Okay, I know you're all confused right now by the title.

So let me explain. It's really quite simple!

Y'all like Santa, right? Of course you do; who doesn't. Maybe you used to ask Santa for stuff . . . maybe you still do.

And if you're here, reading my blog posts, you like learning stuff, too.

Have I ever got a treat for you!

Go subscribe to Santa on YouTube, you won't regret it.

OK, ordinarily I'd put this in
Admiral Biscuit's Fleet
Signal Boost Folder
But this isn't a story so I can't

You can subscribe on YouTube and tell him the Admiral sent you :derpytongue2:

Not that he has any idea who I am. . .

If anypony could break Santa, it'd be Minty.

Crackly little pieces. :raritydespair:

Minty, WHAT DID YOU DO?!?

"There isn't going to be any more Christmas! We fried Santa!" - The Tick

Also, how on earth haven't I heard of that channel. I love it!

Actually doesn't today correspond to Christmas in the southern hemisphere? At least the amount of days after the solstice.

Yes, my host family in Brisbane was celebrating X-Mas on July back in 2018.

Santa has a YouTube channel now?
Huh.

I’ll have to put that beside Jesus Christ and his dog Judas.

Okay, I know you're all confused right now by the title.

Nah, I'm good.

She broke Santa :rainbowlaugh:
(or at least the candy cane that summons Santa)

Something the Grinch tried, too. Now he's stealing catalytic convertors, I've heard.

Also, how on earth haven't I heard of that channel. I love it!

Isn't it great!

I would guess that traditional Christmas celebrations in the Southern Hemisphere are on Dec. 25, but I don't know how everyone does it (I could certainly see non-religious Christmas taking place in June).

I was in Australia over US Thanksgiving many decades ago, and the Americans decided to have an American Thanksgiving dinner for the Aussies. They were very confused by some of the menu items. :rainbowlaugh:

Was it a religious Christmas, or a non-denominational one, out of curiousity?

I’ll have to put that beside Jesus Christ and his dog Judas.

Okay, that's a channel I'll have to check out.

Nah, I'm good.

Heh, I was thinking the same as I posted.

I put the Santa Hat back on in honor of Level Dasher, who passed away a few months ago. The Descendant started the tradition way back when, and Level Dasher carried it on.

Non-denominational and just generally as a holiday I guess? They are ethnically Irish, I lived with them for 3 years and don't reckon they even go to any church.

...Huh.

5735946
That seems legit . . . I don't see anyone who's really religious going about changing the date of a religious holiday, especially since Christianity (at least) has put great stock in accurate calendars to make sure that everything's celebrated on the correct date.

I think it might be partially or completely AI—pretty sure I head Santa's voice on another channel recently.

Still, an interesting concept for a channel.

5736348
Aye, I recall also thinking that it looked and sounded like it was AI-generated.
