After an argument between Mordecai and Twilight Sparkle sends them through a portal, a heated Mordecai lets his anger get the better of him as it costs the life of his dear friend Twilight Sparkle. After meeting with Father Time, will seeing the events that led to his current position help Mordecai, or will he be stranded in nothingness to regret his poor choices forever?

This story is based on and inspired by the video "MordeTwi Death Scene (VERY SAD)" by Benson Dancing on YouTube, which also follows the events from the episode "It's Time."

This story takes place after the events of Chaotic Order, originally written by cartuneslover19, and I had intended this to be a project we would work on. However, I chose to write this on my own due to conflicting schedules. I'll include as many characters from the "Cartune Universe" as possible, but my main focus of this story will be on Mordecai and Twilight's relationship.

The setting of this story takes place after the events of the Regular Show's episode "Blind Trust," and we have Mordecai and Twilight as a couple for over one year. After finishing one of their dates, Twilight wants to go to Carey O'key's Karaoke, but Mordecai is still banned from the area. He works hard to get the ban lifted as part of his plan to pop the big question to Twilight on this date. How will things go from here? There is only one way to find out.

After a rough week of work at the park, Mordecai decides that he wants to go on a date with Twilight Sparkle on his day off. After a suggestion from Sonic, Mordecai plans on having a picnic date with Twilight. How will this date go between them? Will they become a couple?

Sonic was enjoying himself on one of his runs, but that was quickly interupted when Discord shows himself and uses his chaos magic on Sonic's surroundings. After hearing Discord's plan to steal and use the Chaos Emeralds, Sonic must get to them before Discord. More surprises shows itself once Time Eater is revealed trying to steal the emeralds as well. After a failed attempt, the emeralds scatter into 5 different directions. New friendships will be made, love will also blossom between two of the characters, a lot of action and humor joins this crew on their journey for the Chaos Emeralds. Sonic and the group must team up to stop Discord and Time Eater once and for all.
