When Twilight Sparkle gets sick with a bad cough, her Father decides to take her to the Doctor. Twilight doesn't like the doctor though, infact she is deadly afraid of him.

Shining Armor, being the good big brother that he was, tries to help his little sister with her phobia.

(This takes place in the past, when Shining and Twilight where still Foals.)

When Spike runs away from home, he wanted to leave alone and have nothing to do again with Twilight Sparkle. When he came into the Everfree Forest and met Mesme Rize, the Lamiapony shows him that not everything is always bad.

Sound Box needs a Check-Up, but he is terribly terrified of Doctors. Nurse Redheart shows him that it isn't so bad though.

Pinkie Pie turned herself into a Lamia and wanted to celebrate this with her friend Twilight Sparkle, in a very "special" way. Twilight will soon find out, that snakes aren't really that creepy and that they can be quite eye catching.
