Inferno was not born the ruler of a city. In fact, she wasn't even born Inferno. Follow the Stone Queen from her foalhood through the founding of what would someday be Canterlot.

This story is an attempt to write in the style of historical fiction. The history is made up, of course, but it was made up by someone other than me. The story is set long before the pony tribes were united, so all the main characters are earth ponies.

Tagged sex for a single obtuse scene. If you're into that sort of thing, you'll be disappointed. Probably not worth a tag, but I like to pretend there are still little girls on the site.

A half-crazy scientist builds a machine with a secret purpose in an attempt to regain something she lost long ago.

The description is intentionally vague. The only real point to this one-shot is the (hopefully) surprise ending, so if you're interested you'll just have to read it.

Minuette and Colgate look so similar, their best friends can't tell them apart. When they discover that each of them has only one parent, it gets harder to believe that it's a coincidence.

Brownie Sundae is a simple mercenary. She does her job and keeps her promises. All she wants is to find employment that won't leave a bad taste in her mouth, but when gods and devils conspire to create havoc, what can one pony do to stop them?

A Ponyfinder crossover. No knowledge of Ponyfinder is required to understand the story, but some basic background information is included in the author's notes for Chapter 1. This story takes place in the same universe as A Dangerous Sparkle and The Apple Falls Far from the Tree (both by David Silver), but familiarity with those stories is also not required.

The story is somewhat violent and I attempted to portray the violence realistically, which may disturb some readers.
