OK, Good read so far. Couple of issues I found:
Chapter 1)
Julio thought of a response for a second. “Don’t worry – I actually paid attention in biology class. The gametes won’t mix. We’re two different species, remember?”
“Oh, okay then,” she replied.
“Hellooooooo… ? Did you even pay attention in SEX ED?! You’re very fertile right now! I’M very fertile right now! So WHY were you STUPID enough not to use a CONDOM! THAT’S WHY I ASKED!!!”
These two parts contradict each other.
Chapter 2)
After that, she reached for a condom, eased open the ‘Naked Sensations’ wrapper, careful to refrain from using her teeth so as to not compromise it, and unrolled it slightly.
The fruits of their love spilled onto the couch cushions.
Weren't they using a condom?
Also:
"His fingers then found her way into her greasy mane..." Red should be changed to 'their'.
"Then, to her surprise, he picked him up..." Red should be changed to 'her'.

Where did all those downvotes come from? A fic with so many descriptive words should only have 5 downvotes or less.

The first sex scene did not involve a condom, and Rainbow Dash is simply using wild assumptions that she heard from somewhere to base her little argument right after.
The second sex scene DID involve a condom, and all of the phrases "in quotations" are exaggerations. The couch cushion bit was with Rainbow Dash's own cum - the condom, as I recall, did not leak.
