Also on your weapon choices, that M-27, it's not bolt action, it's semi automatic made by HK, and that .22 long rifle Umarex MP-5, that would not be any sort of a choice for a special operator, there is no knock down power to it.

A SEAL's mentality wouldn't ever be that, again they're special operators; they're supposed to work against the odds of any situation, look at something like lone survivor Marcus luttrel was a SEAL and he was overrun by 200 taliban insurgents, not a one time did he say something like that.
