Totally agree.
Anon was assaulted. I thought Equestria had laws against assault.
But who knows, maybe because it was a order by a princess, or maybe because he's not a citizen, or because Anon is too forgiving... this will all just blow over.
And just think, this is all because of pony racism!
Or it could all be wrapped up in the next chapter. I haven't read it yet, so here's hoping.
Don't get me wrong, I'm still enjoying the story tremendously.
My favorite part was the "wing blanket." That was actually very nice of her to do.
...
I want to see Petal Bow again.
I can only imagine the stress of most likely having had half the town banging down the doors to her castle to demand that Anon be exiled for being a monster monkey with brainwashing powers compounded with finding a very distraught AJ, caused her to put this desperation move into motion.
Most likely she hoped that his good nature would shine through and ponies would witness him being a good bean despite how cross RD might have been towards him, though I suspect that Dash might have gone a bit above and beyond with being a menace.
But then again, most likely just me hoping a bit too hard.
Always sucks to see your favorite poner be saddled with a UY Scuti sized idiot ball.

I agree.
no matter how much he is ostracized, exploited, or attacked without provocation. The next moment, all is well and forgiven. Frankly, a protagonist like that is frustrating.
Twilight says she trusts him, after testing him, she makes all that emotional blackmail of excuses and is forgiven... and then sends someone to attack him... just to see his reaction. And that's okay, let's laugh right away.
Sorry, but this is where I leave, good luck to those who continue. It really is well written and has good fluidity in the dialogues.
Definitely questioning Twilight’s ethics here. Messed up a spell and summoned a human, by accident, and then IMMEDIATELY puts him in stasis on the spot and does some tests without him knowing. Then after getting word of a distressed AJ, she puts him through a test to see how he reacts by sicking RD on him. What is up with her moral compass? Hopefully it comes back to bite her, but that’s just me.
Besides all that, I’m loving the story so far!
