Beings of might have always been known to carry an unwitting tendency to become worshiped as gods.
Now if they truly are or not is an entirely different matter.

Either way as is known such worship can come in many forms, some good, some bad, and some outright fanatical to very, very disturbing intensity's. Lets just say the resident chaos lord may or may not have spawned a number of such cults that fell in that latter section, and one of them actually managed to go a good bit beyond, their actions lasting 'effects' certainly show to it.

Of course, even in that first category followers of such religion can fall into matching fanaticism as any cult. The Sun Goddess has been lucky to garner so few. While generally not to that level its still an intensity of belief that if broken can end up... 'shattering' an individuals entire worldview.

Now mix the two, and let's just say you'll be asking for one bumpy ride.

Hey hey! Now to say this is my first attempt at fan-fiction would be a lie, but to say it's my first attempt at fim-fiction (being a fandom I've only fairly recently managed to get into doesn't help) wouldn't be! So expect some... 'problems' with this tale.
Hopefully not many though! If there's one thing I pride myself on it's at least putting above the minimum effort (and then some) into researching what I'm thinking and how to make it work in-universe!

Also, quick warning, while I have at least some build to the plot-line it's still fairly vague in its entirety compared to some other ideas for fics I have. This doesn't mean I'll end up quitting this or something! I despise that! Might just hiatus or end up hitting areas that don't mesh properly and then end up setting off a whole boatload of writer's block to deal with.

Also, quick additional warning, my writing schedule is going to be very erratic for a long time so expect a matching update schedule.
