Blame falls on Princess Luna for this tragedy, though everypony fears she will do the same to them if they do not make her their new ruler. Out of fear and worry, Princess Luna asks the help of a hidden alliance of pegasi. An alliance that the members of are not normal.
There were hidden because those of the alliance have one ability aside from most other ponies. They are shape shifters.
