Seeing their reactions makes me realise how desensitised I am. I think the worst reaction me or any of my friends have had to a card was a shake of the head and a grimace or an awkward "Oooookaaaay."

These were big towers and regardless of the amount of lives lost they were still innocent civilians just like the attacks in Paris and Brussels but the world trade center was when the most amount of damage due to a single bombing happened in a first world country in almost 20 years
