You're foreshadowing are you not?
A chapter released on april fool's day? Huh... FISHY!
Great chapter. It so nice to how Twilight is adjusting to this human world.

Probably, but I don't know what about.
8066697 well since you have no idea what you're doing just keep doing it. I'm loving this story so much. I just have one request. Have Twilight meet Sarah and they hit it off. Cause Sarah needs love too
Another excellent chapter, eh?:D

Are you telling me that my name means horse fucker?
Isn't it technically true that what is right or wrong is part of ones culture as well?

Yes it is. Right and wrong is a belief system, and I believe that there is a universal moral system and that some cultures are inherently flawed. For example, the ghetto culture in the united states has no positive qualities, so it is wrong. This is a very totalitarian view of the world that may even be viewed as wrong by some, but it is my belief.

Sounds a bit condescending (no offense) but yeah there is some form of universal moral system today thanks to close communication of humanity nowadays. Like a lot of people today thinks human (or animal) ritual sacrifice is wrong, back then in the ancient times it's not tho. It is even more so with many native Americans.
But whatever the case we can both agree your moral code is something you are taught and not born right?
8070668
Wait, ritial sacrifice is wrong? Oh boy.
Actually looking at Wikipedia, it seems that morality is an evolutionary trait in animals, so in humans, it's a combination of the two, being born with it and having cultural influences. Like I said though, my belief was very totalitarian and pessimistic. Or some other words, I'm not good with words.

That is a good example. Putting it like that makes a lot of sense to me. More sense than it made like three years ago when I started this story. I did actually go through and rewrite it before. Originally, Phil had believed her like immediately without any skepticism, but now, it is not as immediate. It was a small change that I think helped so far, but you're right that it probably wasn't enough.
It was probably like that at least, it's been a while since I've read the original. I wasn't as good a writer back then.
Or, you know, I just kidnapped a crazy lady with entirely lewd intentions disguised as trying to help her.
8086215 I love them too

I know of a video that's pretty relevant to this
If the embed didn't work then use this one https://youtu.be/FOoffXFpAlU
The part that's relevant to it stars at the 4 minute mark but I'd recommend watching the whole thing.
Ok, clearly this isn't the focus of the chapter but I take issue with this section
"Look... Basicsly, this thing can give you any piece of information that you want. I don't know the physical process that makes it happen. That's beyond my capacity. But it might not be beyond your capacities. I mean, quite clearly, you are a very bright lady."
In an earlier chapter he stated he went through technical school and could "set up networks all day long"
If he's a network administrator how the fuck does he not know how the internet works? I'm only partway through my network administration degree and get the general gist of it lol
