Equestria is thrown into chaos when the earth ponies and pegasi go at war with each other. To make matters worse the princesses have disappeared and the unicorns are a neutral party. The story is told from the eyes of three ponies, Twilight, Rainbow Dash, and Pinkie Pie, who try to find an end to the war they never wanted to be a part of.
