After being diagnosed with Leukaemia, a young man named Anon is transported to the colourful world of Equestria. Without the proper medical treatment he is aware he will soon die.

Once coming to this realisation he decides to start a criminal organisation to make enough money to fund Equestria's cancer research. But things won't go as smoothly as Anon likes.

This story will contain topics of cancer, death and murder. There will also be references to sex.
