Hello, dear readers. I just flew in from Canada, and boy are my arms tired. So are my feet. So is my everything. This past weekend has been one of my family's forced Pain Endurance Jaunts, otherwise known as 'going hiking'. I am not an 'outdoor' person. I am not an 'exercise' person. I am not a 'vacation' person, mostly because this means that I will inevitably end up in a bed with one of my immediate family members, all of whom snore and take up far too much valuable body-spreading space. There is no path in front of you but the one you make for yourself...
...but that would imply I was straight! badum-tish!
Also, I didn't get straight A's. Stupid physics.
I digress, however. The point is, I am asexual, aromantic, and very probably agender. I don't think I have a gender, and that strikes me as the sort of thing someone would know about. Alissa Turney is a young woman who went missing on May 17, 2001. Her case has a lot of unexpected twists and turns.
Alissa was 17 when she vanished from her home on May 17, 2001. It was her last day of school and her stepfather (Michael) took her out school early to go to lunch with him. While at lunch, he alleges that they had an argument because she said she wanted more privileges.

I don't think I'm terrible at actually drawing my own stuff (I'm okay) but I'm nowhere near the level of some of you fantastic people.
If it counts for anything, I think I'm a pretty decent tracer though.
To be clear, none of this is my own art. I just slapped a piece of paper on my Chromebook screen and traced over it, then shaded in the "colors". I think there's some level of skill in this, but I will not dare try to compare this to anybody's original artwork at all.
Readers! I have news! For you! Which I mentioned in Monday’s Being a Better Writer post but is finally getting its own post here. Submission calls are open for LTUE’s fourth Benefit Anthology, Parliament of Wizards!
