So, there's been some crap going around about the show ending after season 9 (holy crap, at least 2 more seasons? Awesome!), and the franchise rebooting again.
As someone who's already been through this kinda thing before- several times- with another Hasbro franchise (cough, Transformers, cough), I have thoughts.
What I want to happen:
So, I'm a year older (at least officially) and none the wiser, proud in my resistance to learning anything at all.
This past year has been, one could say, complicated under certain aspects. Sometimes life gets you into a war of attrition and not much hope for improving the situation.
This is Zephyr Spark. It's been almost 2 months. I haven't given up writing "Scaled Heights." I finished the next chapter and it's by far the longest chapter thus far. Almost 40 pages. I'm probably gonna break it up a wee bit. I'm working with an editor and he's been doing his best managing his own stuff. Now, he can get back to editing. Anyways, I feel really bad about not giving you all much. So here's a little preview of what I've written. Thanks for all your patience.
I did it, guys! I finished outlining the 2-v-1 duel between Paradox, Dash, and Antinomy, and it's EPIC! Antinomy will debut TWO new Accel Synchro monsters, and Rainbow Dash will get a chance to summon her new ace monster: Rainbow Overdragon!
I’ll admit it. Being a Timberwolf was a point of pride. We were the biggest badasses in the Royal Equestrian Army Air Corps. We scored so many air to air victories against ANA forces that everyone thought we were untouchable. A couple of the older fliers had a saying, “Those who survive a long time on the battlefield start to think they're invincible.” We thought we were, too.

Hey, so quick apologies? I'll be posting less often for a while, not sure how long exactly. Work still isn't letting up anytime soon and it's hard to stay motivated. 
I'll still post when I happen to have a chapter ready (I was really hoping to finish Not So Far Away by now; there's like one, maybe two chapters left), but I won't be able to promise one every week. I was also inspired to try writing something non-pony and also nsfw for a bit as something of a palate

Chapter is definitely going to be two parts, and there might be a interlude in between that'll be a short but long-promised scene.
Soon, friends! Very soon. Got some editing and rewrites to do, for sure, but we're getting there.
So yeah, a lot has gone on in the Hiatus I've been gone. I have a few chapters on the backlogs along with many other ideas in store. Dunno if there will be anything officially new but I can promise new chapters will come for what is already published. Phew... its gonna be a long time too for this whole COVID-19 crap to blow over that's for sure. So for when I am inside I should have much more time to write. (hopefully)
