Hi again everypony! Well, the first chapter is finally up! I'm so excited! I was a bit worried for a moment or so there, thinking maybe I wrote something that was to be flagged as inappropriate. Turns out it was just taking a bit longer for the administrators to get through it and approve the story. That's cool.

Quick introductions: I'm 23, been a fan since 2010 / 11, looking to dust off my writing skills because the world is a complex place and I'd like to comprehend a portion of it someday.
Now to dust off, (hopefully) finish, and polish those WIPs sitting in my Google Docs and Notes App (you can't stop me), and I'm set.

Hello, and thanks to anyone who's reading this!
So I've just uploaded the first two chapters to the first story I've put on here, Through the Mist. A TL;DR of the plot is: Starlight successfully stops the sonic rainboom and creates an alternate timeline where the elements of harmony never existed, and Twilight has to team up with her alternate-dimension self in order to restore harmony.
I am so excited about being able to visit Hawaii for the first time! And with my family too! Oh so many things I'm very much excited about! My family will only stay in Hawaii for two weeks to see my father's family reunion. I've seen my mother's side and now I get to see his case.
Even though it's only two weeks, I want to make this visit worth my time! I know I said this already but am I hyped for this! Hawaii here I come! 
May 30, Sunday. It's finally clicked. Another day I like to go easy on, and it's finally got to me. I always detested my entire family. I never desired their presence, because they were always there. I never went to them or made any point of paying visits, because they would always come to me whether I asked them or not. What now? I would tell them to leave me alone, and they occasionally would. Now I'll never see my brother, my mother, my father, or my cousins again. I have long since
June first. Tuesday. It's once again Tuesday, and officially over a week since we've been transported minutes to hours into the future except Sweet Stuff and the Hadley's, who will soon follow this time tomorrow or by mid week. I don't know how much longer keeping the date will be relevant, but I want to keep it such as best I can. It'll keep me from going insane, even if it makes me neurotic, if that makes any sense.
Nineteenth of June. After having gone to the coastline I have finally reestablished just how much pollution has ceased. To our knowledge only two vehicles have been in motion in these parts, and only one is combustion based.
So I became a reviewer for the First Glance Reviews Group, and I think I should first spell out how I will be conducting the review and the criteria for it. Most of this probably self-explanatory, but I thought I should post it just for reference.

May Twenty Ninth, Saturday. Oh, boy, what a Saturday. I never planned on my next Saturday being like this, the end of the world as we know it notwithstanding. I have been busy again. Busy making me speedy recovery. Having the bug by me side has been the best thing in my life. He makes my pain subside, leaves me feeling empty, and fall asleep, or like I should do so. I woke up stronger than I was the evening before, but still not like it's enough to get up out of bed. Sweet Stuff has been keeping me company for moral support, even if she doesn't do anything physical.
I couldn't believe it. Would not. There's just no way. After years of stashing away a fortune, stuff my mattress with cash, run my own business, this witch just takes it all away from me in an instant. Worse, I lose my neighbor. There's just no justice. Is it right? Is it fair? No, no, absolutely not! I'll get her. I'll get her if it takes me a century. If it is the last thing I ever do! If I have to use this flask she gave me and its contents, I will.. but I won't use them yet.
I can't stand it. I'll not go back to that hellhole. I saw what it did to Alex, and I'll not let it get to me. I had the wind knocked out of me, and rapidly felt weak just being in that car. No way they'll drag me into their cavern. I was boozing myself to oblivion per usual when the HPI scum tried to buy me out of the place. Fortunately for me, and for Vinnie, she stood her ground. She didn't sell me out. Yet when they fled with news they'd come back for us, we all took off. I don't
The eighteenth of June, Sunday. As promised, the Hadleys did as they told. Along with Val, Will, Sweet, and Anthony, we got in and went to the coastline. The arrangements weren't tough as they otherwise would be, as each of us is easily half our original size, give or take. None of us have actually measured. Where it would be one to a seat, we may now sit two to a seat. Then I suspect folding and compacting is a thing, you know.? Same mass, smaller package and all that. Like origami.
After so long of lurking and reading fics on this site, I thought I'd give writing one of my own a go, it should be up tomorrow (fingers crossed), looking forward to seeing what everyone thinks. Having read some of the brilliant works on this site I've got a lot to measure up to and hope it's good enough to belong here and that fellow readers and writers enjoy it
The first draft of my Blueblood story is done, at 14,966 words! 34 words under the maximum wordcount for Imposing Sovereigns II: Electric Boogaloo!

Great. Now, I just need to edit it without making it any longer. That should be fine. It's not like I'm a chronic under-writer whose seconds drafts balloon out, or anything.
