Hello, and thanks to anyone who's reading this!
So I've just uploaded the first two chapters to the first story I've put on here, Through the Mist. A TL;DR of the plot is: Starlight successfully stops the sonic rainboom and creates an alternate timeline where the elements of harmony never existed, and Twilight has to team up with her alternate-dimension self in order to restore harmony.
I can't promise an exact schedule, but I hope to update fairly consistently, and if I don't upload for too long I'll try to hop on and explain what's going on. I do have an end in sight for this fic, so if worst comes to worst I can give some closure to the plot.
I'll admit, I'm not a very experienced writer and I hope to get some more experience through this, and if anyone would like to be an extra beta-reader for me, that would be much appreciated.

You have an original idea and these 2 first chapters are solid and well written (style, pacing, grammar, ...). You are doing good. Don’t worry about airdates, you are doing this for free. Take your time, and it’s alright if you give news once in a while to let readers know you are still there.
Just one question: how does stopping the rainboom create a timeline where the elements of harmony, which existed thousands of years before the rainboom, to never exist?

I think the implication is that time imploded and everything is different.
