Hey there. It's been a little bit. I think it's time we all had a good chat.

Disney historically has done very poorly upon portraying race. From the racist crows (A reference to Jim Crow) in Dumbo to the whitewashed sanitized Pocahontas that neglected the part with the rape, genocide, and deadly diseases, Disney has many more examples of racial insensitivity to say the least. It's surprising then that they've produced Zootopia, a film that tackles race relations with touching nuance and sensitivity as to be relatable to children and adults. If you haven't, go see it.
So, I'm writing this blog post as an extended response to a comment thread I participated in, in which I had the opportunity to think about some things relating to the most recent episode. Warning, the below rambles a lot, and probably doesn't make much sense. If you don't like reading some guy on the internet's random wrong opinion about some episode of a pony show, or nerd rage, or if you're allergic to peanuts,
I did not build my PC to get hundreds of frames per second only to have the freakin' server lag instead.
Random Fact: Mineplex probably runs its servers off of a potato rack. Probably. Either way, they're pretty much one of the laggiest (and biggest) Minecraft server to exist.
I’d like to ask everyone’s opinion on Spike.
Obviously with the extreme AU-ness of this story, Spike was not hatched by Twilight/Tally. Some people like Spike and others don’t, but there would be advantages to having him in the story in a few chapters. So, I leave it up to you guys since I could really go either way on this.
We could have Spike in the story, hatched by Cadence some years ago (I’ve already got a back story for that planned out).
**SPOILERS**
**YE HAVE BEEN WARNED!**
*WARNED I SAY!*

Magic is being drained from Equestria! First it starts with unicorns, then magical artifacts, and by the third day, all magic will be completely drained into the aether forever! Who could have done this?!
No, really, I can't.
I have been working on Nightmare on Mane Street, but this one particular story idea has been pulling my attention away. I believe this idea may have more merit. It might make a better story than what I have out now and the concept may be more appealing to readers as well. It's only about a third of the way done, but, just to make sure, I'll post an excerpt here to see what everyone thinks and whether they'd want to read it.
Well golly-gee, it's been quite a while, hasn't it?
Random Fact: For the first time in nearly a decade, AMD is actually beginning to see a higher market share than Intel in certain areas of the world.
Thoughts & Opinions~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Never take what you think you know for granted. 10th grade is certainly telling me that.
Soaring's opinion on...
Second Person Perspective Stories
New Blog series. Yeah. My opinions. People like to see other people's perspectives sometimes, so I'll be that guy to deliver some unpopular or popular opinions (I'm not sure if they are to be honest, they're just mine). So, let's get into today's topic, which is Second Person Perspective stories, which I see now as unfavorable. Why?
UPDATE: As of a short time ago, and due to massive public outcry, Xbox has announce that the Xbox Live Gold price hike is no more. In addition, they’re going to be opening the platform’s online play up more to those who don’t want Gold, including announcing that all F2P games will no longer require Gold. It’s a start! Thank you to everyone who made their unhappiness known!
Internet's playing nice for once this school year.
Random Fact: Bronze and Brass have natural antibacterial properties related to the chemistry of their metals, making them ideal for commonly used surfaces such as doorknobs. While they are useful in such cases, jewelry made from such alloys will not grant any sort of mystic powers or boost one's health. Don't forget that. It's not magic, it's SCIENCE!

Some of you might be wondering why I didn’t title this A Tribute to the Greatest MP3 Player that Ever Lived, but there’s a reason for that!
