Post-con blogs are weird, how do I even do this lol

I had a lot of fun, for it being my first con ever! Got a lot of cool merch, attended a few interesting panels (including Iron Authors; unfortunately I had to miss the awards ceremony because of my flight), and even met up with a few of my EoJ crew. The highlight probably has to be being able to meet some of the fans who influenced me as a kid - got me into pony and what not - and just being able to tell them that.

I've just seen the trailer for My Little Pony Equestria Girls: Legend of Everfree. It's about the kids from Canterlot High going to summer camp in Camp Everfree and having to deal with a powerful spirit, as well as Sunset, human Twilight, and the Humane Five developing magical powers, like super speed for Rainbow Dash and a force field for Rarity.

Sasquatch killed Apple Jack's parents and the mom got the worst of the mess. Granny Smith with her search party found their corpses near their broken wagon with a partially eaten AJ Dad in a tree. AJ Mom was found with a broken neck with knots in her mane too neat to be Witch's Braid.

Granny couldn't make heads or tails around the mess... that is until they were shipping pies. Tree trunks had fallen, broken by a big foot. Apple Jack can protect herself so she wasn't going to be Booger bait.

You fully realize you're EQG trash when Legends of Everfree gets you more excited than the release date of Season 6. HYPE!

As always, Toy Fair does not disappoint. I may be late to the party (as I get home from school much later than normal people do), but LoE is releasing this Fall. The plot is basically the cliche ' group of (mostly) girls try to save falling apart camp' business. I feel like I should be less surprised, but oh well.

I arrived Wednesday, and met Olden Bronie at the airport. We started a conversation that didn't stop except for each of us heading to our respective hotels/rooms then returning to talk at Maggiano's for a couple of hours. Waitress was lovely and sassy and swore the tattoo of the slimes on her neck came from Zelda. No phone number unfortunately.
