“It went well, not many ponies showed up but atleast I get longer breaks,” Ramirez said as she approached Bezier and Pharynx, stretching her legs. “How about you Bez? How are…” noticing Pharynx she tried her best to hide her blush “P-Pharynx! H-how are you?”
“Eh, could be better, could be worse. I’m average.”
“A-Alright!” turning to Bez, still blushing lightly “c-can I talk to you for a moment? i-in private?”
“Now how does this rock axe thingy work again?”
“It’s pickaxe, Cricket.”
“Er... right. Which is more fit for beginners, though? Mouth hold or hoof hold?”
“Hoof hold I guess. Wouldn’t want a mouthful of splinters or anything.”
Changeling: *transforms to look like Venom Stinger*
Venom: “Okay, are you like BLIND? You look nothing like me. First off, I'm way taller. Secondly, I DO NOT look so sleep deprived and lastly, if you could drag comb through that hair you're like a 7 on a good day and I've been told I'm a constant 10.”
The Change Gang looked up to the room that their friends were still residing in.
“Can’t believe it... we have to spend Hearth’s Warming Eve without the Fangs...”
“We probably have to wait until next year for them to spend it with us.”
“All because of those dang freezing trenches.”
They all sighed heavily. Then...
Venom gasped. “Guys, I have an idea. Follow me!”
“Sheesh, Venom, what happened to you?”
“Dang Hero... hit me with a chair,” Venom answered, holding an ice pack up to his head.
“Ouch. Why’d he even do that?”
“I don’t know! Ugh... it just makes me want to... I dunno flip a table or something.”
“There’s a table over there.”

Once he finally reached the second floor, the shadow glided down a corridor leading to a partially open door, quite possibly a bedroom. Hesitantly, he reached out a shadowy foreleg and nudged it, wincing at the unexpectedly loud creaking omitted as it opened further. That was when he wandered inside the room
“You there. Is that story being written in a second person POV?”
“Yeah, I’m having the reader be a young mare who lives in Manehattan.”
“Well, stop it! The majority of the reading and writing community are males, so we want to give them something they’d actually read. And I’m pretty sure no one wants to read a story where they are the opposite gender.”

“Seriously, what is taking you guys so long? It’s been half an hour.” Pharynx pressed his ear against the closet door, waiting for either Venom, Spiny, Scorch, or Flutterwings to come out in their Nightmare Night costume.
