“Well, stop it! The majority of the reading and writing community are males, so we want to give them something they’d actually read. And I’m pretty sure no one wants to read a story where they are the opposite gender.”

“And you. You said that two of your minor characters were named ‘Ember’ and ‘Aloe’, right?”
“Correct. They’re the names of a pair of drug dealers.”
“Well, change them! Otherwise, you’d have a lot of explaining to do to that pink spa pony as well as the blue lizard.”

“Well, stop it! The events in the story completely contradict what happens in the real world and that’s why your writing sucks!”
