A troubling modern trend is complex issues being boiled down to pithy quotes. Nuance matters. Context matters. Problems that have a simple and easy fixes don't stay problems.

I got a piece of the kidney stone wrapped in a bandage, so I guess it's fine. I'm still under anesthesia and I can't move my legs, but it's slowly getting better (during the surgery I asked if they already started and it turned out it was almost over, so it worked pretty well).
